mentoring Program
One of the important aspects
of training at Master’s is our Mentoring
Program. Our students are involved in a mentoring
relationship with a pastoral mentor and are
involved in a local mentoring church while
they study at Master's College and Seminary.
This feature of their training gives them
a chance to develop their character in a
true ministry setting as well as developing
key relationships that will be significant
reference points for their future ministry.
It is often that Master’s
students find ministry positions through
these key mentoring relationships that they
develop with Pastors and Churches. With both
theory and practice as their knowledge base,
Master’s students are on the cutting
edge of ministry training. Through their
training with us they become effective leaders
in both the church and ministry at large.
We encourage you to review
the handbooks and mentoring resources available
on this page. Our aim is to help the local
church fulfill its purpose in ministry by
raising leaders that will champion the cause
of Christ in communities across Canada, North
America and the World. If you are a student,
pastor, ministry leader or interested in
mentoring in general, you will find this
material useful and helpful as you endeavour
to follow Christ and his calling in your
life.
