Occasional Student Application

Application Procedures

We are delighted that you are making application to Master's College and Seminary. MCS accepts students without regard to sex, race, colour, national or ethnic origins, provided all the entrance requirements are met. Please contact the Admissions Office by telephone, mail, or email if you need additional information.

Occasional Students

Students are considered to be occasional students if they have not been formally accepted into a certificate, diploma, or degree program. Acceptance as an occasional student does not guarantee acceptance into a program at MCS. Occasional students cannot do more than three courses in a semester, with a maximum limit of five courses, while they are occasional students. To do more than five courses, occasional students must apply for acceptance into a program as part-time or full-time students by completing the regular Application for Admission Form. If they are accepted into a program, the courses they have completed may be used to fulfill the requirements of that program, provided that program requires them.

Transcripts

Official transcripts from high school and any colleges or universities you have attended must be sent directly to the Admissions Office by the institutions you attended. A Transcript Request Form is included with this application packet for your convenience. Click Here to Download Transcript Request Form

Deadlines

Applications are received up to the end of the first week of classes of any given semester. Students will not be permitted to register for a course if they are unable to start attending classes by the beginning of the second week of the semester. Once you have been accepted as an Occasional Student, you will need to complete a Course Registration Form.

Application Form

Once you have been accepted as an Occasional Student, you will be charged a $25.00 application fee (there is no application fee for students taking courses for audit). Occasional Students, who complete a Regular Application Form later, will be charged an additional $50.00 fee, rather than the regular $75.00 application fee.

Notification of Admission

When your application has been processed, you will be notified by mail, email or telephone of the decision.
